Indications of more gas in offshore Sydney Basin
Wed, 7 July 2010
Advent Energy has received technical reviews from Tanvinh Resources and Pangean Resources supporting a significant increase in the estimated prospective recoverable resources within the PEP 11 offshore Sydney Basin.
Following these reviews, Advent has provided an increase in the ‘best estimate’ to 13.2 trillion cubic feet of 2P gas resources.
Advent has secured the semi submersible drilling rig, Ocean Patriot to drill an exploration well in PEP 11 later in 2010.
