Queensland is the third and latest gas hub to enter the Short Term Trading Market (STTM) as of 1 December 2011, creating much speculation and excitement amongst the retail gas industry. The establishment of the Queensland hub is in addition to the 12 month old Adelaide and Sydney hubs, as well as the Declared Wholesale Gas Market of Victoria.
