The master goods and services agreement covers ConocoPhillips’ tenements in Australia and the Joint Petroleum Development Authority (JPDA) waters and is valid for four years with an option for two 12-month extensions.
The JPDA, an area where Australia and East Timor share government revenues from petroleum developments, is located in the Timor Sea, offshore Northern Territory.
Senior Vice President AGR Field Operations Brett Smith said “We have been working with ConocoPhillips for many years providing similar services on a project basis. This agreement formalises the scope of work and contractual relationship between the companies and will allow us to react quickly to the demands of our customer.”
ConocoPhillips’ Timor Sea projects include the Bayu-Undan Gas Field Development and the Greater Sunrise Gas Fields Development.
