Prior to his role at Arrow, Mr de Weijer was the asset leader of ONEgas at Shell EP Europe where he managed the performance of 53 offshore gas platforms in the southern North Sea and two major onshore gas terminals in the Netherlands and England.
Prior to working at Shell Group, he combined his mechanical engineering and business management training to forge a career in the oil and gas industry throughout the Middle East, Asia and United Kingdom.
Mr de Weijer’s multicultural experience has helped him to achieve outstanding production and HSE performance records in very diverse working environments.
Arrow's gas projects across Australia range from conventional gas production and exploration to gas-fired power generation, as well as coal seam gas exploration and proposed LNG facilities in Queensland.
