Transfield Worley Services has signed a heads of agreement with Woodside Energy for the proposed delivery of brownfield project and maintenance services.
The agreement covers the continued delivery of brownfield project services for a further four years on projects including North Rankin 2, Goodwyn A, the Karratha Gas Plant and the Angel platforms.
The companies have also agreed on the delivery of maintenance and shutdown services to Woodside’s Karratha Gas Plant and offshore facilities for a further two years.
Transfield Worley Services is an equal joint venture between Transfield Services and WorleyParsons, and has been providing services to Woodside since 1995.
